Nimbus Engineer validates pre-registered Nimbus Users when logging on by use of the ‘Read Phone State & Identity’.
Users with permission may record within the app the reason or cause of a Nimbus Event, the reason/cause is communicated to and recorded within Nimbus.

Data disclosure

Data collected and processed by Nimbus Notify is not disclosed to any third party by LAN Control Systems Ltd.
Nimbus is Software as a Service (SaaS). Data collected and processed by Nimbus or any of the Nimbus apps is only for the purpose and use of those Clients who subscribe to the Service.
Clients subscribe to Nimbus and administrate & manage their own Nimbus Clients, Sites, Users, Data and Permissions.

User rights to withdraw consent and or delete data

Users may request that their data and or profile is deleted at any time by emailing their immediate Nimbus administrator.
